    Child Care Fees At YMCA Sunshine Coast University Hospital ELC

    To meet the diverse needs of families, our child care hours are flexible. You can choose from full-day, 10-hour, and 6-hour sessions.

    We sincerely value caring for your children and do our very best to keep our fees at an affordable price. Our fees are essential for ensuring we provide your child with qualified educators and outstanding resources all year-round. All prices include morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

    Families requiring additional financial assistance can access the Child Care Subsidy through YMCA Early Learning.

    We know that every child is unique. Our team of passionate child care centre educators at the Sunshine Coast embraces your child’s individual interests to help them flourish and grow during their important early learning years. We create innovative learning opportunities to nurture your child’s mind, body and spirit, so that they can grow into happy, healthy kids.

    The Sunshine Coast University Hospital Childcare Centre (SCUH) opened in 2016 and is conveniently located in the hospital precinct to support working parents and families living in surrounding suburbs such as Kawana. Our beautiful and spacious rooftop centre has state-of-the-art facilities, a purpose-built garden and modern equipment. The best child care centres let children explore, play and learn, and we have endless opportunities at our early learning centre.

    Extracurricular programs are a key focus at SCUH. While your child is in our care, they can let loose with soccer and music sessions once a week. These programs are conducted by specialist professionals onsite.

    Get Ready Every Day For Long Day Care

    Depending on your baby or toddlers’ age, you’ll need to pack a few essential items to bring along to long day care (Please ensure that all items are clearly labelled with a waterproof marker).

    We always suggest packing your child’s special ‘comforter’ (teddy or special blanket) if they have one. Other items to pack include a spare set of clothes, a set of sheets for sleep time and a water bottle.

    There’s no need to pack any nappies. We supply disposable nappies.
