Thank you for choosing YMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service for your child(ren). We feel honoured that you have chosen one of our centres for your child's out of school hours care.
At YMCA, we use a system called My Family Lounge to manage all outside school hours care enrolments.
We want to make sure your enrolment is as quick and smooth as possible, so please take a moment to read the information before you begin.
Name of the parent who is or will be assessed by Centrelink: If eligible for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), please ensure Parent/Guardian One on the enrolment form is completed in the name of the parent who is or will be assessed by Centrelink.
Centrelink's Customer Reference Number: To claim CCS, please have your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN) along with the CRN of the assessed parent. It is an alphanumeric string made up of nine numbers and one letter (e.g. 123 456 789X)
Medical records: You will need to have the doctor’s details and immunisation records for each child to complete your enrolment.
Payment account: You will need your bank or credit card details handy to set up automatic payments
(Optional) If applicable to your child, please have scanned copies of any medical management plans and/ or court orders ready to attach.
You can enrol in OSHC and book a session through My Family Lounge. My Family Lounge allows you to submit a waitlist request to secure a permanent spot at OSHC, book in for casual days and check our live availability.

Once you’ve registered online below, it is recommended that you download the free mobile app for everyday use. My Family Lounge app is available in both App Store and Google Play Store.
