YMCA Family Day Care Brisbane has been connecting families with trusted educators in South East Queensland for more than 35 years. Our network of expert educators spans across the southern suburbs of Brisbane and extends to Ipswich and Logan.

Our educators are located in Acacia Ridge, Jimboomba, Doolandella, Crestmead, Sunnybank Hills, Algester, Calamvale, Parkinson, Brown Plains, Forestdale, Forest Lake, Healthwood, Regents Park, Boronia Heights, Greenbank, Heritage Park, Drewvale, Hillcrest, Munruben, New Beith, Park Ridge, Park Ridge South, North Maclean and Springfield Lakes. We are constantly expanding to new suburbs – so keep an eye out for yours!

Our office in Acacia Ridge hosts a large library of resources and toys to help educators plan developmental activities for children in home-based child care. Visit our office to chat about your family day care needs and meet our passionate team.

Family Day Care rates vary according to each educator’s individual fee structure. The fee structures are based on their working hours, range of services provided and the age of children in care. All educators comply with YMCA’s fee setting schedule, ensuring that quality home-based child care services are affordable for families.

Family Day Care is an eligible childcare service to access the Governments Child Care Subsidy to reduce the cost of care.

The subsidy amount you are entitled to is determined by three factors: combined family income, activity test and child care service type. You must also meet the CCS Eligibility requirements determined by Centrelink.
