Become A Family Day Care Educator

Working as a Family Day Care Educator with the Y is one of the most rewarding and meaningful careers. Our educators have the opportunity to shape the lives of young children and play a life-long role in their learning.

We are currently seeking passionate family day care educators to join our team in Brisbane and Gold Coast. Our educators run their own successful business from home, choosing their hours of operation.

The Y will support you every step of the way, providing training and ongoing assistance to help your Family Day Care business grow. All of our educators have access to a high-quality resource library, where they can use materials such as floor mats, sleeping cots and teaching resources. We also help build your client base, directing enquiries to you from families looking for care.
