YMCA Family Day Care Gold Coast provides quality home-based child care at the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, from Coomera River to the New South Wales border.

Our Family Day Care service has been established in the community since 1978, supporting dedicated educators to provide safe, flexible, affordable, high quality child care and early learning programs in a home environment.

Our office is located in Nerang, providing a large library of resources and toys for our educators to use. We are proud to have an extensive network of Gold Coast educators with a strong dedication and passion to work with, and safeguard, children in the local community.

Family Day Care rates vary according to each educator’s individual fee structure. The fee structures are based on their working hours, range of services provided and the age of children in care. All educators comply with YMCA’s fee setting schedule, ensuring that quality home-based child care services are affordable for families.

Family Day Care is an eligible childcare service to access the Governments Child Care Subsidy to reduce the cost of care.

The subsidy amount you are entitled to is determined by three factors: combined family income, activity test and child care service type. You must also meet the CCS Eligibility requirements determined by Centrelink.
